R.O.P.E.S has the advantage of taking up very little space and can be used wherever you want! Slings have been used for many years for training co-ordination and strength. Traning in lings stimulates balance and uses your own body weight in various positions to create resistance. Only 2-3 short sessions (20-30 minutes) a week will give very good results
Balance is the key word in these exercises, since they work on deep, stabilizing muscles as well as the superficial "moving" muscles, promoting co-ordination in a far more efficient manner than by using stable appliances. Used correctly, slings are also excellent for endurance and cardio-vascular exercise.
